Ani p\u0159ekladatelsk\u00fd obor v&nbsp;tomto ohledu nijak nezaost\u00e1v\u00e1 a&nbsp;ne\u00fanavn\u011b se posouv\u00e1 d\u00e1l. Investuje se do lid\u00ed, pracovn\u00edch postup\u016f, pracovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed i&nbsp;technologi\u00ed. Krom\u011b naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch intern\u00edch i&nbsp;extern\u00edch lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f mus\u00ed poskytovatel\u00e9 lingvistick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, kte\u0159\u00ed necht\u011bj\u00ed z\u016fstat pozadu, neust\u00e1le sledovat vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se technologie, aplikace, n\u00e1stroje, jejich aktualizace, plug-iny a&nbsp;souvisej\u00edc\u00ed funkce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skv\u011bl\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je na\u0161e spole\u010dnost GORR, kter\u00e1 byla zalo\u017eena v&nbsp;roce 2013 a&nbsp;jej\u00ed prvn\u00ed investic\u00ed byl notebook se standardn\u00edmi licencovan\u00fdmi programy a&nbsp;funkcemi. Pro poskytovatele lingvistick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, dokonce i&nbsp;ty nejmen\u0161\u00ed, je investov\u00e1n\u00ed do technick\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9. Netrvalo tedy dlouho a&nbsp;uv\u011bdomili jsme si, \u017ee opravdu \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 p\u0159ekladatelsk\u00e1 agentura pot\u0159ebuje mnohem v\u00edc. V&nbsp;n\u011bkolika n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech jsme zmodernizovali sv\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed, pronikli jsme na glob\u00e1ln\u00ed trh a&nbsp;z&nbsp;nesm\u011bl\u00e9ho slovinsk\u00e9ho jednojazy\u010dn\u00e9ho poskytovatele jsme se stali skute\u010dn\u00fdm v\u00edcejazy\u010dn\u00fdm poskytovatelem jazykov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, kter\u00fd pracuje pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edky ze 40&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00ed a&nbsp;z&nbsp;p\u011bti kontinent\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hned od za\u010d\u00e1tku jsme si pro\u0161li tvrdou \u0161kolou, ale vytrvali jsme. Na\u0161e spole\u010dnost se rozr\u016fstala, na\u0161e pracovn\u00ed postupy byly \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, seznam extern\u00edch spolupracovn\u00edk\u016f byl tak\u0159ka nekone\u010dn\u00fd, stejn\u011b jako po\u010det specifick\u00fdch po\u017eadavk\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. V\u0161e jsme \u0159\u00eddili a&nbsp;zaznamen\u00e1vali prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm tabulek v&nbsp;Excelu, co\u017e n\u00e1m zab\u00edralo spoustu drahocenn\u00e9ho \u010dasu, kter\u00fd jsme mohli v\u011bnovat d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm aspekt\u016fm sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Abychom se s&nbsp;t\u00edm n\u011bjak popasovali, za\u010dali jsme hledat \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by zv\u00fd\u0161ilo na\u0161i efektivitu, sn\u00ed\u017eilo objem repetitivn\u00edch a&nbsp;nadbyte\u010dn\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed a&nbsp;umo\u017enilo n\u00e1m uspo\u0159\u00e1dat a&nbsp;filtrovat sv\u00e9 projekty, z\u00e1kazn\u00edky a&nbsp;extern\u00ed spolupracovn\u00edky. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, dostali jsme se do st\u00e1dia, kdy jsme pot\u0159ebovali spravovat sv\u00e9 zak\u00e1zky pomoc\u00ed sofistikovan\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159eklad\u016f (Translation Management System, d\u00e1le jen TMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1m\u011brem bylo, aby TMS pln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaly v\u0161echny z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9 strany, tedy nejen my, ale i&nbsp;extern\u00ed spolupracovn\u00edci a&nbsp;z\u00e1kazn\u00edci. V&nbsp;ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u011bl z\u00e1kazn\u00edk do syst\u00e9mu nahr\u00e1t dokumenty k&nbsp;p\u0159ekladu, zadat si po\u017eadovan\u00fd term\u00edn zhotoven\u00ed a&nbsp;pokud mo\u017eno i&nbsp;uv\u00e9st v\u0161echny zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed po\u017eadavky. Sta\u010dilo by p\u00e1r kliknut\u00ed my\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;zak\u00e1zka by byla u&nbsp;p\u0159ekladatele, odkud by stejn\u011b jednodu\u0161e a&nbsp;rychle putovala k&nbsp;n\u00e1m na kontrolu kvality. V\u0161echna administrativa by p\u0159edstavovala jen p\u00e1r kliknut\u00ed a&nbsp;my bychom m\u011bli spoustu \u010dasu na dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnosti. Nem\u011bli jsme d\u016fvod domn\u00edvat se, \u017ee by to takto nefungovalo, proto\u017ee rozhran\u00ed na\u0161eho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed TMS bylo velmi propracovan\u00e9 a&nbsp;zd\u00e1lo se b\u00fdt u\u017eivatelsky p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, navzdory pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00edmu r\u016fstu jsme st\u00e1le byli jen mal\u00e1 spole\u010dnost a&nbsp;\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed TMS pro n\u00e1s p\u0159edstavovalo ohromnou investici. Nav\u00edc jsme se necht\u011bli spokojit s&nbsp;do\u010dasn\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, ale hledali jsme n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd by byl pro n\u00e1s skv\u011bl\u00fdm pomocn\u00edkem v&nbsp;n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch deseti a\u017e dvaceti letech. Museli jsme se tedy sm\u00ed\u0159it s&nbsp;t\u00edm, \u017ee se bude jednat o&nbsp;velmi drahou investici. Dr\u017eeli jsme si palce, aby v\u0161e prob\u011bhlo podle na\u0161ich p\u0159edstav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b jsme zavedly \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed TMS, p\u0159evedli jsme do syst\u00e9mu v\u0161echna sv\u00e1 data, a&nbsp;pak u\u017e zb\u00fdvalo jen sledovat, jak ten z\u00e1zrak zafunguje. Ze strany extern\u00edch spolupracovn\u00edk\u016f jsme zaznamenali velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem, ale k&nbsp;na\u0161emu p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee z\u00e1kazn\u00edci na na\u0161e ozn\u00e1men\u00ed, prezentace a&nbsp;v\u00fdzvy k&nbsp;registraci reagovali jen velmi vla\u017en\u011b. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku jsme to d\u00e1vali za vinu letn\u00ed sez\u00f3n\u011b a&nbsp;trp\u011bliv\u011b jsme \u010dekali na podzim. Na podzim ale k&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 z\u00e1vratn\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b nedo\u0161lo: mezi stovkami z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f se na\u0161el jedin\u00fd pravideln\u00fd u\u017eivatel na\u0161eho syst\u00e9mu TMS a&nbsp;a\u010d jsme se sna\u017eili sebev\u00edc, v\u0161echno na\u0161e \u00fasil\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zelo vnive\u010d a&nbsp;z\u00e1jem ostatn\u00edch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f byl miziv\u00fd. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku jsme z&nbsp;toho byli roz\u010darovan\u00ed a&nbsp;dokonce i&nbsp;m\u00edrn\u011b na\u0161tvan\u00ed, ale pak jsme o&nbsp;tom za\u010dali p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let a&nbsp;dosp\u011bli jsme ke smutn\u00e9mu pozn\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, do kter\u00e9ho jsme investovali spoustu prost\u0159edk\u016f, nemus\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b na\u0161im z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm nikdy vyhovovat. Vyhodnotili jsme zp\u011btnou vazbu a&nbsp;v\u011bt\u0161inu reakc\u00ed na n\u00e1\u0161 syst\u00e9m TMS, kter\u00e9 by se daly shrnout slovy \u201eAha, vy m\u00e1te n\u011bjak\u00fd nov\u00fd program!\u201c \u010cetli jsme i&nbsp;mezi \u0159\u00e1dky a&nbsp;do\u0161li jsme k&nbsp;n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmu z\u00e1v\u011bru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi na\u0161imi z\u00e1kazn\u00edky jsou i&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00ed (v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed) poskytovatel\u00e9 jazykov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, kte\u0159\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jin\u00e9 syst\u00e9my TMS, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u011bt\u0161inou rovnou spojen\u00e9 s&nbsp;jejich CAT n\u00e1stroji. P\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed se na\u0161emu modelu by pro n\u011b bylo z&nbsp;technick\u00e9ho hlediska jednoduch\u00e9, ov\u0161em jinak t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemo\u017en\u00e9 vzhledem k&nbsp;jejich zaveden\u00fdm pracovn\u00edm postup\u016fm a&nbsp;jejich vlastn\u00edmu TMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na druhou stranu m\u00e1me i&nbsp;spoustu koncov\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed by teoreticky mohli n\u00e1\u0161 syst\u00e9m TMS hojn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat, nebo\u0165 v\u011bt\u0161ina z&nbsp;nich nen\u00ed napojena na \u017e\u00e1dnou konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159ekladatelskou infrastrukturu. Ani oni ov\u0161em necht\u011bli opustit \u201ezajet\u00e9 koleje\u201c a&nbsp;necht\u011bli se pod\u00edlet na nov\u00fdch procesech zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159eklady jejich text\u016f. Tyhle spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161inou nemaj\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se lokalizac\u00ed a&nbsp;p\u0159ekladem, \u017e\u00e1daj\u00ed o&nbsp;lingvistick\u00e9 slu\u017eby prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch odd\u011blen\u00ed, od nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho veden\u00ed spole\u010dnosti a\u017e po marketingov\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed a&nbsp;odd\u011blen\u00ed n\u00e1kupu, a&nbsp;n\u011bkdy dokonce i&nbsp;p\u0159es recepci. V&nbsp;nep\u0159ebern\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed jejich ka\u017edodenn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed by bylo zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed objedn\u00e1vek p\u0159es na\u0161i platformu dal\u0161\u00edm krokem, kter\u00fd nehodlaj\u00ed podniknout. A\u010dkoli je na\u0161e rozhran\u00ed velmi jednoduch\u00e9 a&nbsp;u\u017eivatelsky p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u00e9, na\u0161i z\u00e1kazn\u00edci tento \u201enov\u00fd program\u201c vn\u00edmali jako nepot\u0159ebn\u00fd dopln\u011bk p\u0159ekladatelsk\u00e9ho procesu. P\u0159edstavoval pro n\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci nav\u00edc. Museli se zaregistrovat a&nbsp;nau\u010dit se v&nbsp;nov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed pohybovat, p\u0159itom odesl\u00e1n\u00ed e-mailu na dob\u0159e zn\u00e1mou adresu, ze kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m do p\u00e1r minut odpov\u011bd\u011bl skute\u010dn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk, nikoli robot, pro n\u011b bylo jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee jsme se sna\u017eili automatick\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy co nejv\u00edce personalizovat, aby byly v&nbsp;souladu s&nbsp;na\u0161\u00ed b\u011b\u017enou a&nbsp;p\u0159\u00e1telskou komunikac\u00ed. Dokonce jsme se i&nbsp;postarali o&nbsp;to, aby byly uzav\u0159eny p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00fdm pozdravem od na\u0161eho spolupracovn\u00edka, kter\u00fd m\u011bl dan\u00fd projekt na starosti, ale ani tohle nezabralo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si v\u00edce: P\u0159eklady finan\u010dn\u00edch text\u016f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e milovan\u00e9 a&nbsp;\u010das \u0161et\u0159\u00edc\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed TMS m\u00e1 spoustu v\u00fdhod, ale p\u0159esto n\u00e1s p\u0159ipravuje o&nbsp;spont\u00e1nnost a&nbsp;v\u00fdhody \u017eiv\u00e9 komunikace, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme interaktivn\u011b reagovat a&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edmo \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my sv\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. Nakonec n\u00e1m jeden kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd z\u00e1kazn\u00edk \u0159ekl, \u017ee by na\u0161e \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed TMS \u201emohl vyu\u017e\u00edt na podzim, ale pokud mo\u017eno ve slovin\u0161tin\u011b\u201c. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee jsme lokalizovali spoustu v\u00fdstup\u016f, ale hlavn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st TMS z\u016fstala v&nbsp;angli\u010dtin\u011b. Kompletn\u00ed lokalizace by toti\u017e byla \u010dasov\u011b i&nbsp;finan\u010dn\u011b velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 a&nbsp;z\u0159ejm\u011b by nep\u0159inesla uspokojiv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky co se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed po\u010dtu slovinsk\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f na\u0161eho TMS t\u00fd\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato investice se uk\u00e1zala b\u00fdt velmi popul\u00e1rn\u00ed u&nbsp;extern\u00edch spolupracovn\u00edk\u016f i&nbsp;v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci na\u0161eho intern\u00edho t\u00fdmu, ale u&nbsp;z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f se setkala s&nbsp;naprosto opa\u010dn\u00fdmi reakcemi. A\u010dkoli jsme \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed TMS zav\u00e1d\u011bli se z\u00e1m\u011brem optimalizovat a&nbsp;rozv\u00edjet sv\u00e9 podnik\u00e1n\u00ed, c\u00edlen\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci ho vyu\u017e\u00edvali jen minim\u00e1ln\u011b, tak\u017ee jsme byli nuceni opustit od sv\u00fdch ambic\u00ed a&nbsp;zapomenout na pln\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed tohoto sofistikovan\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Pokud bychom toti\u017e i&nbsp;nad\u00e1le trvali na p\u0159esunu sv\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f na platformu, kter\u00e1 jim nevyhovuje, mohlo by to znamenat konec na\u0161eho podnik\u00e1n\u00ed. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edci by se n\u00e1m odcizili a&nbsp;za\u010dali by se poohl\u00ed\u017eet po jin\u00e9m poskytovateli slu\u017eeb, kter\u00fd je nenut\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvat technologii, kterou pova\u017euj\u00ed za ned\u016fle\u017eitou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navzdory proinvestovan\u00fdm prost\u0159edk\u016fm jsme museli hledat jin\u00fd \u017eivotaschopn\u00fd model, kter\u00fd by l\u00e9pe vyhovoval na\u0161im z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm a&nbsp;kter\u00fd by zachoval na\u0161i opravdu lidskou interakci. Pro p\u0159\u00edpad pot\u0159eby jsme si vytvo\u0159ili \u0161ablony a&nbsp;pracovn\u00ed postupy specifick\u00e9 pro jednotliv\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edzej\u00ed uspokojivou m\u00edru automatizace a&nbsp;\u010dasovou \u00fasporu a&nbsp;z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed \u017eiv\u011b komunikovat se sv\u00fdmi z\u00e1kazn\u00edky.
